All parents/guardians and student athletes must complete the link below titled "2020-21 Athletics Documentation Link".  The link will take you to a website that allows completion of all FHSAA/ECSD athletic documentation for any/all students wishing to participate in athletics at BTW.  Within the website is the option to upload a fully completed EL2 (FHSAA sports physical document) and it is encouraged all participants use it.  Those utilizing the free physical day at Andrew's Institute, the physicals from that event will be entered into the site for you.  Any questions regarding this process, please contact your sport specific head coach or contact AD Williams at the email address to the left of this page.
