This course provides students with opportunities to: develop an individual optimal level of health-related fitness; aquired knowledge of physical fitness concepts; and acquired knowledge of the significance of lifestyle on one's health and fitness
Beginning Weight Training
1/2 credit
This course provides students with opportunities to: acquire basic knowledge and skills in weight training; improve muscular strength and endurance; and enhance body image.
Intermediate Weight Training

This course provides students with opportunities to: extend the knowledge and development of skills in weight training; further improve muscular strenght and endurance; and further enhance body image.
Advance Weight Training
