Washington Drama Club presented Nunsense by Dan Goggins on Thursday, Nov. 30, Friday, Dec. 1, and Sat., Dec. 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the school cafetorium. Tickets were $7.00 and were available at the door. Nunsense is the rollicking story of the Little Sisters of Hoboken and their latest crisis. Seems as though the convent cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, accidently introduced botulism into the stew one night, and 59 nuns died. The remaining 17 nuns had buried all but four of them when Reverend Mother (Sheridan Farnell) decided to buy a VCR, and used the rest of the funds. Now Sister Hubert (Kaitlin Lawrence), Sister Amnesia (Sarah Mixon), Sister Robert Anne (Rebekah Wallis), and novice Sister Leo (Jessica Bare) must help Reverend Mother raise the necessary funds before the Health Inspector arrives and finds the remaining four sisters in the convent freezer. The group decides to put on a benefit concert to raise the money, and hilarity and lots of, well, nunsense, ensues. Nunsense was directed by Ruth Ann Replogle, with music direction by Patsy Dean and choreography by Zachary Holcombe. For
