| News from the Clinic |
| This year we will again be participating in the stock
medication program. Students who may need to utilize these
medications must have a medication authorization form
(available in the clinic) signed and filed in the clinic.
Stock medication dosages will be administered per
manufacturers recommendations. No exceptions! All
prescription medication must have an authorization form
filled out by a licensed medical doctor. Students are not
allowed to bring medication to school, these medications
must be brought in by a parent or guardian. Students ARE
allowed to carry Inhalers, EPI-Pens and Blood Glucose meters
as long as an authorization form has been filed in the
clinic. |
