Staffed by a nurse and
a health technician. Any student requiring the services of
the clinic must have a pass from the teacher supervising the
class from which the student is absent.
News from the Clinic
The use of the clinic should be
restricted to cases of sudden illness or injury.
No medicines will be administered unless the appropriate
forms are filled out and on file in the clinic and the
medicine has been brought to the clinic by a parent. If a
child feels too ill to attend class, they will be allowed to
call their parents to pick them up. The following procedures
should be followed closely:
No student will be allowed in
the clinic without a pass from a teacher. If the student
arrives without a pass, he/she will return to class to
obtain a pass.
Students must sign the sign
in/out sheet
If the student does not feel
better after twenty minutes, he or she is encourage to
call home.
All teachers should be
reasonably sure that all students desiring to come to
the clinic really need to do so.
